What You’ll Do

• Deliver an outstanding customer experience and build relationships with every service call.
• Diagnose and repair residential appliances safely with precision and professionalism.
• Perform maintenance and explain preventative care to customers.
• Communicate repair options, pricing, estimates, and timelines clearly.Refer to service manuals and technical documentation to solve complex issues.
