Job summary

Flamingo Appliance Service, the nation’s leading appliance repair company, is hiring skilled Appliance Repair Technicians to serve customers in central and north Florida. You’ll be the face of Flamingo in customers’ homes, delivering expert repairs and dependable service.

We provide a company vehicle, specialty tools, uniforms and smartphone, plus relocation assistance, a 401(k) with company match, and comprehensive medical/dental/vision coverage.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience in appliance repair.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and work on your feet throughout the day.
• Must be currently authorized to work in the United States.
• Ability to pass background, drug and driving screenings.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an outstanding Customer experience and build Customer relationships with every service call.
• Diagnose and repair residential appliances safely with precision and professionalism.
• Perform maintenance and explain preventative care to Customers.
• Communicate repair options, pricing estimates, and timelines clearly.
• Refer to service manuals and technical documentation to solve complex issues.

As an Appliance Repair Technician, you’ll be the face of Flamingo in Customers’ homes, delivering expert service and exceptional care.
