Mr. Appliance Corp. is seeking a capable Field Service Technician (Hotside/Coldsides) to diagnose, repair, and maintain residential and commercial kitchen equipment in Ridgefield Park, NJ.

You will work with customers, provide clear estimates, order parts, and ensure quality workmanship. A driver’s license, EPA certification, and appliance repair experience are valued.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• EPA Type 1 or Universal CFC Certification required.
• One year or more appliance repair experience is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Diagnose and repair home appliances and equipment as well as commercial kitchen equipment such as ice machines, cooking equipment, walk-in coolers/freezers and standalone refrigerator coolers/freezers.
• Experience working on residential appliances such as washers, dryers, dishwashers, refrigerators, ovens, ranges and microwaves.
• Provide cost estimates for repairs.
• Effectively communicate with the customer to ensure they understand the services needed.
• Order parts and ensure efficient use of company materials.
• Collect payment for work performed.
