Temco Logistics is seeking motivated individuals in Sisters, Oregon to join our growing team. You will operate a 26 ft box truck, deliver and install household appliances, and ensure safety and accuracy on every route.

We offer paid training, uniform/PPE, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for career growth. A clean driving record and valid for-hire license are required. This role is onsite with dense routes and competitive pay.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years old.
• Able to lift/pull/push/load/unload/move 100+ lbs with equipment.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Comfort with GPS navigation and smartphone apps.
• Experience driving box trucks or delivery vehicles preferred.
• Familiarity with appliance installation tools and basic plumbing/electrical a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate a 26 ft box truck for local multi-stop delivery routes.
• Load, deliver, and install household appliances (washers, dryers, refrigerators, dishwashers, ranges, cooktops, etc.).
• Safely handle equipment using dollies, lifting straps, and handheld tools.
• Connect basic water lines, valves, and electrical components.
• Use mobile devices to confirm deliveries and maintain records.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to homeowners, builders, and clients.
• Perform pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections and follow safety protocols.
