Job summary

Temco Logistics is expanding in Hatfield, PA and seeks a full-time delivery/installation associate. You will operate a 26 ft box truck on local routes, load and install appliances, and provide excellent customer service to homeowners and builders.

Qualifying candidates should be 21+, able to lift 100+ lbs, have a clean driving record, and be comfortable with GPS apps. We offer paid training, uniforms, PPE, and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, and vision.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years old.
• Ability to lift/pull/push/load/unload/move 100+ lbs.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Comfort with GPS navigation and smartphone apps.
• Experience driving box trucks or delivery vehicles (preferred).
• Familiarity with appliance installation tools and basic plumbing/electrical (a plus!).
• Clean driving record and ability to pass background check and DOT physical.

Responsibilities

• Operate a 26 ft box truck for local multi-stop delivery routes.
• Load, deliver, and install household appliances (washers, dryers, refrigerators, dishwashers, ranges, cooktops, etc.).
• Safely handle equipment using dollies, lifting straps, and handheld tools.
• Connect basic water lines, valves, and electrical components.
• Use mobile devices to confirm deliveries and maintain accurate records.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to homeowners, builders, and clients.
• Perform pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections and follow all safety protocols.
