Job summary

Temco Logistics LLC is hiring a Technician in Louisville, KY to operate a 26 ft box truck, load, deliver and install household appliances for residential and commercial customers. You will ensure safety, perform vehicle inspections, and provide excellent customer service.

The role requires physical strength to lift 100+ lbs, clear driving history, and a valid for-hire license. Training is provided and benefits include medical, dental and vision, 401(k) with match, PTO and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years of age.
• Ability to lift/pull/push/load/unload/move 100+ lbs using proper equipment.
• Clean driving record and ability to pass background check and DOT physical.
• Valid Driver's License with for-hire endorsement.

Responsibilities

• Operate a 26 ft box truck for local multi-stop delivery routes.
• Load, deliver and install household appliances (washers, dryers, refrigerators, dishwashers, ranges, cooktops, etc.).
• Safely handle equipment using dollies, lifting straps and handheld tools.
• Connect basic water lines, valves and electrical components.
• Use mobile devices to confirm deliveries and maintain accurate records.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to homeowners, builders, and clients.
• Perform pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections and follow safety protocols.
