Job summary

Big Sandy Superstore is seeking an Appliance & Electronics Technician to diagnose and repair customer units. You will contact customers at the start of each day, run scheduled calls, diagnose components, order parts, and install them while testing operation.

Responsibilities include documenting repairs, communicating with the technical line, and completing billing notes. Strong customer and interpersonal skills are essential in a team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or GED required.
• Strong customer skills needed.
• Strong interpersonal skills required.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose appliances & electronics and perform repairs.
• Run all calls scheduled for the day and contact customers at start of day.
• Order parts and document in the work order from customer's home.
• Install parts and test operation after installation.
• Call tech line and document any failed repair attempt in the system.
• Finalize all billing notes from the customer's home.
• Complete additional tasks within the agreed time-frame as needed.
