Job summary

Aaron’s Delivery Drivers are an integral part of ensuring positive customer experiences. This fast-paced, store-based role includes driving, installing, moving, and picking up merchandise, as well as demonstrating how customers can use their products.

You’ll spend time inside and outside the store, support the team with day-to-day operations, and connect with customers in the community. The role emphasizes safety, reliability, and a helpful, can-do attitude toward every interaction.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old in the US (18 in Canada).
• Valid state driver’s license with a satisfactory MVR.
• Must be able to obtain DOT certification if required by location.
• Able to work a schedule with hours from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs. alone and 300 lbs. with assistance.
• Work outdoors in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Stage, load, and secure products; safely operate the company vehicle.
• Unload, install, and demonstrate merchandise.
• Assist with cleaning and organizing merchandise in the store.
• Maintain accurate daily route sheets and weekly maintenance sheets.
