Job summary

Temco Logistics is expanding in Lake Elmo, MN and seeks motivated individuals to join the appliance delivery and installation team.

Responsibilities include operating a 26 ft box truck, loading/unloading, installing appliances, and providing excellent customer service on local routes. Candidates should be able to lift 100+ lbs, pass a background check and DOT physical, and have a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years of age.
• Ability to lift/pull/push/load/unload/move 100+ lbs. with proper equipment.
• Clean driving record and ability to pass background check and DOT physical.

Responsibilities

• Operate a 26 ft box truck for local multi-stop delivery routes.
• Load, deliver, and install household appliances (washers, dryers, refrigerators, dishwashers, ranges, cooktops, etc.).
• Safely handle equipment with dollies, lifting straps, and handheld tools.
• Connect basic water lines, valves, and electrical components.
• Use mobile devices to confirm deliveries and maintain records.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to homeowners, builders, and clients.
• Perform pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections and follow safety protocols.
