Job summary

Temco Logistics LLC in Norton, MA is hiring delivery professionals to operate a 26 ft box truck on local multi‑stop routes and install household appliances for homeowners and builders. You will load, deliver, connect basic water lines and electrical components, use mobile devices to confirm deliveries, perform pre‑ and post‑trip inspections, and maintain exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• 21+ years of age or older.
• Ability to lift/pull/push/load/unload/move 100+ lbs. with proper equipment.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Comfort with GPS navigation and smartphone apps.
• Experience driving box trucks or delivery vehicles preferred.
• Familiarity with appliance installation tools and basic plumbing/electrical a plus.
• Clean driving record and ability to pass background check and DOT physical.
• Valid Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Operate a 26 ft box truck for local multi-stop delivery routes.
• Load, deliver, and install household appliances (washers, dryers, refrigerators, dishwashers, ranges, cooktops, etc.).
• Safely handle equipment using dollies, lifting straps, and handheld tools.
• Connect basic water lines, valves, and electrical components.
• Use mobile devices to confirm deliveries and maintain accurate records.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to homeowners, builders, and clients.
• Perform pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections and follow all safety protocols.
