Qualifications

• Prior experience with construction, kitchen, plumbing or home appliance products or installations is required.
• Valid state issued license is required.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• DOT Medical card must be kept current to meet driver requirements.
• Ability to lift 90+ pounds with equipment assistance.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic appliance installation and learn custom installations with training provided.
• Handle basic gas and electric household appliances safely and accurately.
• Ensure appliances are installed damage-free and fully functional per specifications.
• Interact courteously with builders, designers and on-site customers.
• Attend company-paid installation training seminars and certifications.
• Support driver duties as needed.

Our Installation Associates deliver, install, and remove a wide variety of appliances in commercial and residential settings. Schedule: Monday – Friday 6:30 am to 4:30 pm, or until route completion.

Responsibilities

• Able to perform basic appliance installation and possess the desire to learn custom appliance installations - training provided.
• Accurate handling and installation of basic gas and electric household appliances such as washers, dryers, ranges, and refrigerators.
• Ensures the installed appliances are damage free, accurately installed according to manufacturer’s specifications and are fully functioning.
• Interact expertly and courteously with builders, designers and on-site customers – you take care of a vast array of customers.
• Attend company paid installation training seminars and certifications to stay up-to-date on all product changes.
• Be responsible for providing driver duties and responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Prior experience with construction, kitchen, plumbing or home appliance products or installations is required.
• Valid state issued license is required.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must currently, have, acquire, and/or maintain a valid DOT Medical card in order to meet driver requirements.
• With the assistance of lifting equipment such as stair climber, oven lifts, and/or air sled, the ability to lift 90+ pound objects constantly.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Document detailed job notes in a clear and concise way.
• Ability to read and understand product specifications and project plans is highly preferred.
• Outstanding attention to detail and ability to coordinate and prioritize work.
• Organization, time management, and problem solving skills.
• Self-starter, critical thinker, and self-sufficient.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office software (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, etc.).
• Mechanical skills and willingness to learn.

Pay Range

• $19.34 - $29.00
• Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.
• This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
• Ferguson complies with all wage regulations. The starting wage may be higher in certain locations based on local or state wage requirements.
