Job summary

Sears Home Services is hiring an Appliance and Refrigeration Repair Technician to diagnose and repair home appliances at customer locations in Hawaii. You will drive to multiple homes daily, deliver excellent service, and provide value-added solutions to maintain customer satisfaction.

The role requires EPA certification, a high school diploma or GED, and the ability to travel up to 100%. A valid driver's license and strong communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• EPA Type I or EPA Universal certification required.
• Mechanical knowledge and aptitude with testing/repair tools.
• Experience repairing and diagnosing home appliances preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel up to 100%.

Responsibilities

• Drive to multiple customer homes daily to diagnose and repair appliances (fridges, washers, dryers, dishwashers, microwaves).
• Deliver excellent customer experience that exceeds expectations.
• Provide value-added solutions to keep homes clean, comfortable and protected.
• Keep company truck well-maintained and organized; manage parts efficiently.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
