Job summary

Applebee’s Neighborhood Grill + Bar is seeking experienced Restaurant Managers in New York to lead day-to-day operations, drive guest satisfaction, and grow a neighborhood restaurant where guests and team members feel at home.

You’ll oversee guest services, food quality, and service excellence in a high-volume setting, hire and coach teams, manage costs, and uphold brand standards while representing the brand in the local community.

Qualifications

• 1–3+ years of restaurant management experience.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills.
• Passion for the food service industry with a people-first mindset.
• Ability to lead in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• ServSafe Food and Alcohol certifications a plus (training provided)
