Job summary

Applebee’s Neighborhood Grill + Bar in New Jersey invites experienced leaders to join as Restaurant Managers who will guide teams, boost guest satisfaction, and drive daily operations.

You’ll oversee guest experiences, uphold food quality and service standards, and mentor supervisors while building a welcoming neighborhood environment.

Qualifications

• 1–3+ years of restaurant management experience.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills.

• ServSafe Food and Alcohol certifications a plus (training provided).
