Applebee's Neighborhood Grill + Bar is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead day-to-day operations with a focus on guest satisfaction and high-quality food. You will drive sales, profitability, and operational efficiency in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, while ensuring adherence to established standards and health and safety regulations.

You will hire, train, coach, and develop high-performing teams, foster a positive culture, and empower staff to grow and succeed.

Qualifications

• 1–3+ years of restaurant management experience.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills.
• Passion for the food service industry with a people‑first mindset.
• Ability to lead in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment.
• ServSafe Food and Alcohol certifications a plus (training provided).
