Job summary

Flynn Applebee's is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform installations, maintenance, and repairs of HVAC/R systems, as well as cooking equipment, refrigeration, lighting, and plumbing across Applebee's locations. The role requires 100% travel within the region and variable shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Ideal candidates hold HVAC certification, have five years of similar experience, and can provide proof of eligibility to work in the United States.

Qualifications

• HVAC Certification (1 year+) is required.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Proof of legal work status in the United States required.
• DOT drug screen, fit-for-duty physical and criminal background check required.
• Clean Motor Vehicle Report required.
• Must live within geographic area served and be able to travel regionally.

Responsibilities

• Respond to service requests; troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair per warranty and industry standards.
• Communicate with maintenance supervisor and store management to report repair status.
• Inspect and perform equipment repairs and replacements.
• Perform routine preventative maintenance.
• Respond to emergency maintenance requests.
• Adhere to safety policies and procedures; may perform other duties as assigned.
