Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional finance experience in a high performing organization.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or relevant field

Responsibilities

• Headcount, cost, capex, month end and quarter close, forecasting, annual planning.
• Prepare detailed financial reports, forecasts, and variance analyses.
• Present monthly reports and findings to senior leadership.
• Evaluate financial data, analyze costs, and provide insights to optimize business operations and profitability.
• Evaluate the financial impact of potential business decisions.
• Heavy cross-functional partnership with business teams and other finance teams.
• Collaborate with business partners to develop and monitor budgets.
• Ad hoc analysis and decision support.
