Groundswell, a leading technology integrator in Michigan, is seeking an experienced Appian Consultant to provide leadership and expert guidance in the delivery of Appian solutions. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in Appian and IT, with a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. Responsibilities include leading implementation teams, guiding clients on best practices, and supporting design and development activities across projects.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with Appian solutions.
• 5+ years of related IT experience.
• Active Lead Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation teams through complex technical solutions using Appian.
• Guide clients on Agile, QA, and governance for multi-app platform implementations.
• Create and document implementation best practices.
