The role involves mentoring teams on technical solutions, designing and integrating Appian solutions, and ensuring effective implementation for clients. Ideal candidates will have over 5 years of experience and must possess an active Lead Certification.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with Appian solutions.
• 5+ years of related IT experience.
• Active Lead Certification.
• Strong technical design and implementation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation teams through complex technical solutions.
• Guide clients on Agile, QA, and governance.
• Support design, development, and test activities across multiple projects.
