Job summary

Sprezzatura is seeking an Appian Developer to join our Veteran Readiness and Employment program. You will design, develop, test, and implement customized Appian solutions, perform integration with external systems, and manage releases in a collaborative team.

Hybrid work in Arlington, VA (2 days a week) with standard hours 8:00–5:00. U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Residency required; a Public Trust clearance may be needed and background checks will be conducted.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3–5 years of Appian development experience, including support and release management.
• Experience with SAIL.
• Appian Developer certification (e.g., Appian Senior Developer) is a strong plus.
• Proven track record of successful Appian project delivery in a collaborative team environment.

Position Summary

We are seeking an Appian Developer to join our team supporting the Veteran Readiness and Employment program. In this role you will design, develop, test, and implement customized solutions across the Appian platform. You will be responsible for integration and release management. Working Conditions

Standard Business hours are Monday through Friday 8:00-5:00. Occasional extended or weekend hours may be required based on operational needs. Must have reliable internet service that allows for effective telecommuting.

Pay Range

The base salary range for this position is $100,000 to $120,000 annually, depending on geographic work location, relevant experience, skills, education, internal equity, security clearance, and contract requirements. Geographic salary ranges are determined in accordance with the company's compensation practices and represent a good-faith estimate of the compensation for this position at the time of posting.
