Job summary

Maximus is seeking an Appian Developer to design, develop, and deliver enterprise-grade applications. This remote role requires the ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance and aligns with Agile/SAFe practices.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of Appian development experience (v17.x+), strong SQL skills, and hands-on work with RESTful APIs. Federal contract compliance and Appian certification are highly valued.

• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize Appian applications for performance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders in an Agile/Scrum environment.
• AI & Automation: exposure to AI technologies and Appian AI familiarity.

Job-Specific Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Proactive approach to learning and obtaining higher-level Appian certifications.
