Job summary

Tekgence Inc. is seeking an experienced Appian Developer to design, develop, and support enterprise applications, workflow automation, and AI-enabled business solutions. The role requires strong expertise in Appian Process Models, SAIL, Records, Reports, Security, and related data integrations.

You will work on AI-assisted development tools, OpenAI/Claude integrations, and open APIs while collaborating with stakeholders and ensuring robust testing and security practices across deployments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on Appian development experience.
• Strong expertise in Appian Process Models, SAIL, Records, Reports, and Security.
• Experience with Appian Data Fabric, Web APIs, REST, SOAP, JSON, and SQL.
• Experience with Appian AI Skills, AI Copilot, Appian Composer, and AI-assisted development tools.
• Familiarity with OpenAI, Claude, MCP integrations and AI-enabled workflows.
• Strong knowledge of unit testing, integration testing, regression testing, and Jira.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and support enterprise Appian applications and workflows.
• Implement AI-enabled business solutions and AI-assisted development tools.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and troubleshoot issues.
• Perform unit, integration, and regression testing; track work in Jira.
• Maintain security and governance across Appian solutions.

• We are looking for an experienced **Appian Developer** to design, develop, and support enterprise applications, workflow automation, and AI-enabled business solutions.

Required Skills

• - 5+ years of hands-on Appian development experience.
• - Strong experience with **Appian Process Models, SAIL, Records, Reports, Business Rules, and Security**.
• - Hands-on experience with **Appian Data Fabric, Web APIs, REST, SOAP, JSON, and SQL**.
• - Experience with Appian workflow automation, case management, and UI development.
• - Experience with **Appian AI Skills, AI Copilot, Appian Composer, and AI-assisted development tools**.
• - Exposure to **OpenAI, Claude, MCP integrations**, and AI-enabled workflows.
• - Strong knowledge of unit testing, integration testing, regression testing, and Jira.
• - Ability to work independently, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with business stakeholders.
• Preferred Experience
• - Healthcare Payer or Provider domain.
• - Provider Data Management, Provider Lifecycle, Network Management, and Roster Processing.
• - Healthcare Claims, Provider Hierarchies, Affiliations, and TIN/PIN structures.

Note:** Appian Certification, strong hands-on development, and Appian AI experience are essential.
