Job summary

Insight Global is seeking an experienced Delivery Lead/Appian Lead to drive planning, execution, and governance of Appian platform initiatives. You will coordinate across technology, product, QA, and integration teams, ensuring alignment with business objectives and delivery timelines.

The role requires deep Appian expertise, strong leadership, and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to business leaders. Banking/finance experience is a plus, and certifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading delivery or Appian initiatives in enterprise environments.
• Hands-on Appian experience with BPM capabilities, workflows, automation, and implementations.
• Previous Appian development background with progression into leadership or delivery roles.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the face of the technology team for Appian initiatives.
• Drive execution and delivery of Appian projects from planning to implementation.
• Lead meetings with stakeholders, Product Owners, SMEs, architects, and tech teams.

Serve as the face of the technology team for Appian-related initiativesDrive execution and delivery of Appian platform projects from planning through implementationLead meetings with business stakeholders, Product Owners, SMEs, architects, and technology teamsRepresent the development and technology teams in discussions with business partners and leadershipTranslate business requirements into actionable workstreams and delivery plansCoordinate across technology, business, product, QA, and integration teams to ensure alignmentDrive decision-making, remove obstacles, and keep projects moving toward successful completionManage timelines, dependencies, risks, issues, and overall project healthPartner with business stakeholders to understand workflows, process improvements, and operational objectivesOversee integration efforts and coordinate with technical teams responsible for implementationProvide status updates, governance reporting, and leadership communicationsEnsure successful delivery while maintaining quality, scope, budget, and timeline expectationsBring recommendations, ideas, and solutions to improve processes and delivery outcomesAct as a trusted liaison between business and technology teams throughout the project lifecycle

Skills and Requirements

5+ years of experience as a Delivery Lead, Technical Lead, Project Manager, Program Manager, or Appian Lead within enterprise environmentsStrong hands-on Appian experience with a deep understanding of Appian BPM capabilities, workflows, process automation, and platform implementationsPrevious Appian development background with progression into leadership, delivery, or managerial responsibilitiesProven experience leading Appian-based initiatives and serving as the primary representative for technology teamsExperience driving execution across technology projects and ensuring successful delivery outcomesAbility to effectively communicate technical concepts to business stakeholders and leadership teamsExperience leading meetings, facilitating discussions, driving decisions, and managing stakeholder expectationsStrong understanding of business processes, workflow design, and process optimizationExperience coordinating across Product Owners, SMEs, architects, developers, QA teams, and business stakeholdersExperience managing project timelines, dependencies, risks, and deliverablesStrong Agile, Scrum, and/or SDLC experienceAbility to work independently, remove roadblocks, and proactively drive projects forwardStrong communication, leadership, organizational, and stakeholder management skillsExperience supporting system integrations and working with integration teams, even if not directly performing the development workExperience within banking or financial services environmentsWealth Management technology experienceExperience supporting digital transformation, workflow modernization, or BPM initiativesFamiliarity with APIs, enterprise integrations, and microservices architectureExperience working with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar project management toolsPMP, Scrum Master, SAFe, or related certifications
