Job summary

Infosys is seeking a Technology Consultant 2 to drive AI-enabled digital transformation for financial services. You will document business requirements, guide design decisions, and contribute to code development across Appian and cloud platforms.

You’ll work with cross-functional teams, implement automated workflows, and help train users with comprehensive documentation. Relocation to project sites may be needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in Appian Cloud development.
• Experience with Appian Platform Engineering, RPA & Automation Enablement.
• Experience in design and optimizing Appian applications, process models, and interfaces.
• Leverage low-code capabilities for rapid delivery and scalability.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to requirements elicitation by documenting assigned business requirements.
• Facilitate software design discussions and document decisions for the team.
• Participate in coding and integrate new features while maintaining stability.
• Conduct code reviews and manage changes in code repositories.
• Implement test strategies, analyze results, and coordinate bug fixes.
• Develop user training, documentation, and support frameworks for transitions.
• Resolve production issues and suggest preventive reliability improvements.
• Maintain detailed records of code, tests, and support activities.
