Compensation: $90,000 - $110,000 / year
What you will do:
- Envision, design, and implement new features using the Appian low‑code platform based on the prioritized product backlog.
- Apply innovative, out‑of‑the‑box thinking to solve challenging problems, brainstorming with peers and utilizing available resources.
- Provide sprint estimates based on current understanding of the functionality.
- Collaborate with functional and testing teams to understand business functionality and ensure solutions meet or exceed end‑user needs.
- Unit test all developed features, including edge cases, and conduct peer code reviews as needed.
- Participate actively in all Agile‑related meetings, including User Story grooming, Sprint Planning, and retrospectives.
- Deliver presentations to the client during Sprint demos and coordinate meetings with intersecting teamsиме.
- Share knowledge within the company to socialize best practices and white papers.
What you will bring:
- Bachelor’s or other IT‑related degree.
- U.S. citizenship with the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government Public Trust security clearance.
- At least 2 years of experience designing and implementing digital, BPM, or case management solutions using Appian.
- Strong Appian development and debugging skills.
- Good understanding of data concepts (SQL, databases) and business workflows.
- Experience with recent Appian releases (22.x or later).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to effectively communicate at all levels with technical and business stakeholders.
It would be great if you also had:
- Experience with Appian SAIL, Process Models, Interfaces, Process Monitoring, and/or Integrations.
- Ability to handle calloc tasks, adapt to changing priorities, and timely action within Agile methodologies.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills.
- Organizational and time‑management skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills in a remote environment.
- Experience working with software development team members.
- Other open‑source technology experience preferred.
