• Experience includes litigator duties in federal/state courts, pleadings and motions, and complex legal research.

Responsibilities

• Represent the FCC in a broad range of appellate matters.
• Draft pleadings, briefs, and motions; provide written guidance to decision makers.
• Advise on legality of proposed policies and decisions and develop litigation strategies.
