Qualifications

• Juris Doctor degree required and bar admission.
• 2–6 years of relevant litigation experience preferred.
• Appellate or district court clerkship is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work on appellate litigation before federal and state courts and regulatory bodies.
• Assist with preparing pleadings, briefs, and motions and legal comments.
• Coordinate with experts and litigate to protect environmental resources and public health.
