Qualifications

• Graduation from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Law Review/journal experience is preferred.
• Preference for prior judicial clerk or appellate lawyer experience; strong research and writing skills required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research and draft memoranda, orders, and opinions for the justice.
• Share administrative duties with other clerks, track motions and cases, pay bills, and maintain case files.
