Job summary

Meijer is hiring a Stocking Clerk in Wisconsin, delivering outstanding customer service while maintaining organized shelves and a friendly store environment. You will stock, stock and backroom duties, and work closely with leadership to keep areas prepared for daily operations.

The role emphasizes hands-on organization, teamwork, safety, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs while working across overnight shifts to prepare the store for the day ahead.

What You'll Do

As a Stocking Clerk, you play a critical role in keeping our store running smoothly. Your work ensures shelves are fully stocked for our customers to provide an exceptional shopping experience.

You'll:

• Stock shelves with a variety of food and grocery products
• Move product from pallets or carts to the correct shelf locations efficiently and accurately
• Pull backstock and dispose of cardboard and trash in designated back-room areas
• Work closely with leadership to ensure assigned areas are completed on time
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Provide friendly, respectful interactions with customers when needed
• Work overnight shifts to prepare the store for the day ahead
• Support other tasks as needed to keep operations running smoothly

What You Bring

• Experience with pallet jacks or forklifts is a plus
