Job summary

Walmart is hiring an Apparel Associate at the Washington, DC area Walmart Supercenter. In this full-time role, you will greet customers on the salesfloor, assist with purchases, and recommend merchandise based on customer preferences.

The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Hourly Wage: $23.5 - $36.5 per/hour

Additional Compensation

Additional Compensation Includes Annual Or Quarterly Performance Incentives.

Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.

Job Overview

Apparel associates greet customers on the salesfloor, offer them assistance and recommend merchandise based on the customer's wants and needs.
