Job summary

Walmart in Napa is hiring apparel associates to greet customers on the sales floor, help shoppers, and recommend merchandise based on their needs. You will also move incoming merchandise to the floor and keep clothing racks, tables, and displays tidy all day.

This is a full-time role with an hourly wage of $22 to $35 per hour plus additional compensation from performance incentives and possible premiums. Benefits include medical, vision, dental, a 401(k), stock purchase plan, and paid time off.

Job description

Hourly Wage: $22 - $35 per/hour

*The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives.

Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
