Job summary

Walmart is seeking an apparel associate at Walmart Supercenter #972 in Lake Worth, TX to greet customers on the sales floor, help them find items, and recommend merchandise based on their wants and needs. You will help move incoming merchandise to the floor and ensure clothing racks and displays remain neat and organized throughout the day.

Hourly Wage

The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.

$19.5 - $32.5 per hour

Additional Compensation Includes Annual Or Quarterly Performance Incentives

Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.

Job Overview

Apparel associates greet customers on the salesfloor, offer them assistance and recommend merchandise based on the customer's wants and needs.
