Job summary

Walmart in Denton is seeking apparel associates to greet customers on the salesfloor, assist with merchandise and ensure displays are well-organized throughout the day. After moving incoming merchandise to the floor, you help keep racks, tables and displays in proper order and create a welcoming shopping environment.

Qualifications

• Apparel associates greet customers on the salesfloor and help them find merchandise.
• Maintain clothing racks, tables and displays in proper order throughout the day.
• Move incoming merchandise out to the salesfloor and assist customers with requests.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and offer assistance with merchandise recommendations.
• Keep racks and displays organized and clean for an inviting store layout.
• Assist with stocking and rotation of apparel items.

Hourly Rate

The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Hourly Wage: $19.5 - $32.5 per hour

Additional Compensation

Additional Compensation Includes Annual Or Quarterly Performance Incentives.

Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
