Job summary

Walmart in Columbia, SC is hiring for an Apparel Associate role. You will greet customers on the salesfloor, help them find merchandise, and recommend items based on the customer's wants and needs.

After moving incoming merchandise out to the salesfloor, you ensure clothing racks, tables and displays are maintained and in order throughout the day. This full-time position offers hourly pay between $19 and $32, plus annual or quarterly performance incentives.

Additional Compensation Includes Annual Or Quarterly Performance Incentives.

Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
