Job summary

Walmart Supercenter in Chester, VA is hiring apparel associates to greet customers, offer help, and suggest merchandise based on customer needs. You will also move incoming stock to the floor and keep clothing racks and displays neat and organized throughout the day.

This full-time role pays hourly between $19 and $32 plus possible incentives. Benefits include health coverage, a 401(k), paid time off, and access to Walmart's education programs.

Job description

Hourly Wage: $19 - $32 per/hour

*The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.

• Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives.
• Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.

Job Overview

Apparel associates greet customers on the salesfloor, offer them assistance and recommend merchandise based on the customer's wants and needs. After moving incoming merchandise out to the salesfloor, they ensure the clothing racks, tables and displays are maintained and in proper order throughout the day.
