Job summary

Walmart Apparel sales associate role on the sales floor involves greeting customers, offering assistance, and recommending merchandise based on customer needs. You will move incoming merchandise to the sales floor, maintain clothing racks and displays, and work across departments to ensure a neat, well-organized store environment.

Beyond helping customers, you’ll stock, assist with checkout when required, and contribute to a positive shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and help them find products on the sales floor
• Keep aisles neat, organized, and stocked across departments
• Assist multiple supervisors and fellow associates and support checkout when needed
• Smile, greet, and thank customers with a positive attitude
• Fulfill online customer orders accurately, even in varying weather conditions
