Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• 1-3 years of experience.
• Previous retail/customer-facing experience required.
• Previous people leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the apparel department by delivering an engaging shopping experience rooted in product knowledge.
• Coach teammates, drive sales, and ensure athletes feel confident in their selections.
• Develop plans with store leadership, establish schedules, and manage staffing to meet goals.
• Maintain merchandising standards, open/close procedures, and operational execution.
• Hire, onboard, coach, and manage direct reports while upholding policies and safety procedures.
