Job summary

Bass Pro Shops in Columbia Township, MO is seeking a Sales Outfitter to greet customers, demonstrate products, and help shoppers make informed purchasing decisions. You will help on the sales floor, restock merchandise, and maintain signage and pricing while delivering a legendary experience.

This part-time role requires high school diploma or equivalent, strong communication, ability to operate a POS system, and the ability to stand and move throughout shifts.

Qualifications

• Ability to calculate figures such as discounts and make change to customers
• Ability to communicate in a friendly and professional manner to our customers and other associates
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with Management, coworkers and customers
• Ability to operate computerized Point of Sale register system

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide information, assistance, and directions
• Demonstrate products to customers
• Replenish and restock merchandise on shelves according to Merchandising guidelines
• Maintain price signs and promotional signage
• Process sales using the POS system
• Maintain clean, organized work area and follow policies
• Support seasonal floor merchandise moves
• Promote programs like CLUB Membership, VOC and In-Store Pick-up
• All other duties as assigned
