Bass Pro Shops in Portage, Indiana is seeking a Part-time Sales Outfitter. You will greet customers, demonstrate products, maintain shelves, and assist buying decisions while upholding our legendary service standard.

Responsibilities include accurate cash handling, friendly communication, and collaboration with team members to ensure a smooth shopping experience. Part-time benefits and discounts apply.

Qualifications

• Minimum Degree Required: High School education or equivalent experience.
• Ability to calculate figures such as discounts and make change to customers.
• Ability to communicate in a friendly and professional manner to our customers and other associates.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with Management, coworkers and customers.
• Ability to operate computerized Point of Sale register system.

Responsabilités

• Greet and acknowledge all customers in a prompt and friendly manner and provide information and direction as needed.
• Demonstrate products to customers and assist with buying decisions.
• Replenish and merchandise shelves per guidelines; maintain pricing and signing.
• Provide legendary customer service by understanding needs and recommending programs (CLUB Membership, VOC, In-Store Pick-up) and related options.
