Qualifications

• Prior retail sales, cashier, or customer-focused experience preferred.
• Ability to stand, bend, stoop, reach, push, pull and lift 15 to 35 lbs. repeatedly (up to 25 times per hour).
• Ability to work extended periods standing or walking (up to 4 hours).
• Ability to work at heights greater than 4 feet with use of a ladder or platform.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and understand their needs to support shopping experiences.
• Uphold merchandising and presentation standards with floor sets and signage.
• Promote programs such as loyalty, warranties, and card enrollment.
• Adhere to safety, loss prevention, and SOPs; protect company information.
• Create an inclusive store environment where everyone is welcome and respected.
• Support the team across the store with an all-hands-on-deck approach.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
