• Meet or exceed production and quality goals.
• Carry out assigned cleaning routine.
• Assist in training workers and consumers with Workforce Development staff.
• Ensure CARF documentation and compliance.
• Maintain safety standards and regulatory compliance.
• Drive SMART objectives to improve community value.
• Deliver courteous, professional service to internal and external stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate paperwork and records.
• Carry out additional duties assigned by Store Manager or Key Holder.
