Job summary

Zaddy Solutions is seeking a Production Coordinator to manage factory communications and track every style through production life cycles. You will ensure retailer requirements for color, artwork, fabrics, and samples are followed and that status updates are communicated daily via email and the PLM system.

The role requires strong organization, a sense of urgency, and the ability to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced apparel environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in apparel production.
• Experience coordinating with multiple factories and vendors.
• Familiarity with PLM systems and production reporting.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with factories on production matters and timelines.
• Track lifecycle of each style in production.
• Ensure retailer requirements for color, artwork, fabrics, and samples are met.
• Monitor production and delivery status via daily emails and PLM system.
• Maintain Time and Action, Work in Process, and daily status reports with factories.
• Coordinate lab dips, strike-offs, and sample submissions with Design/Tech and factories.
• Manage approvals to retailers and licensors and follow up with their teams.
• Ensure compliance with testing requirements and standards.
