Job summary

Meritas Advisory Group, LLC is seeking a Production Coordinator to manage factory communications and track the lifecycle of styles in production. You will ensure adherence to retailer requirements for color, artwork, fabrics, and testing, while coordinating submissions and approvals across Design, Tech, and production teams.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in apparel production, strong organization, multitasking ability, and proficiency with tech packs and PLM systems.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in apparel production.
Experience with tech packs and apparel development.
Knowledge of lab dips, strike-offs, and production approvals.

Responsibilities

Manage communication to factories on all production related matters.
Track lifecycle of all styles in production.
Ensure retailer requirements for color, artwork, fabrics, PP samples, and testing.
Monitor production and delivery status via daily emails and PLM system.
Generate Time and Action, Work in Process reports and daily factory updates.
Coordinate lab dips, strike-offs and sample submissions with Design and Tech teams.
Submit items for retailer/licensor approvals and follow up with their teams.
Ensure all testing compliance.
