Job summary

HOKA Apparel seeks an entry-level Product Associate to support the product creation process for apparel and accessories. You will collaborate with product leadership and cross-functional partners to gain exposure to Product, Merchandising, Planning, and more, helping us inspire athletes to reach new heights.

The role emphasizes organization, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a hybrid Portland setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 1+ years related experience in retail/wholesale, product line design and/or development, merchandising.
• Experience performing administrative tasks, managing calendars and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Serve as backbone for organization and information for the PLM team.
• Create and maintain global line sheets and data in Flex PLM.
• Translate product line representation into Flex PLM with accurate styling, pricing and colors.
• Maintain line changes and drops; coordinate with global merchandising teams.
• Organize sample PO activity with Global Sales Sample team.
• Support events, meetings and GTM milestones; prep samples as needed.
