Job summary

Marion Goodwill Industries is seeking a detail-oriented Textile Processor to sort, price, and prepare donated apparel while upholding quality standards. You will contribute to the store’s stocking and help fund community programs.

The role emphasizes customer service when interacting with donors and shoppers, pricing accuracy, and maintaining clean, safe work areas. Training is provided, with opportunities for growth.

This is a full-time, on-site position with competitive hourly pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Basic math and pricing skills needed.

• Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 25 lbs regularly.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service when interacting with donors and shoppers.
• Sort, price, and hang donated apparel and textiles.
• Recognize brand names and quality to ensure accurate pricing.
• Inspect clothing for stains, tears, or defects before placing on the sales floor.
• Maintain production goals of 80+ pieces per hour and ensure efficient processing.
• Keep processing and sorting areas clean, safe, and organized.
• Assist with apparel rotation, dressing room upkeep, and merchandise placement as needed.
• Follow all safety, security, and operational policies.

We're looking for a Textile Processor who's detail-oriented, organized, and motivated. In this role, you'll sort, prepare, and price donated apparel while ensuring quality standards are met. Your work directly fuels Goodwill's mission and keeps our stores stocked with fresh, quality items.
