Job summary

Bass Pro Shops in Prattville, AL is seeking an Apparel Processing Outfitter to manage apparel shipments from receipt to stocking on the sales floor and receiving. You will follow Visual Merchandising & MPS standards and use the inventory system to keep backrooms organized and merchandise replenished.

Responsibilities include unloading trucks, maintaining pricing/ signage, and ensuring a clean, well-stocked work area while delivering excellent customer service to guests.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• No prior experience is required.
• Ability to operate inventory and merchandising systems.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally.
• Strong team and communication skills helpful.

Responsibilities

• Process apparel shipments from receipt to stocking on the sales floor and receiving.
• Replenish merchandise on the sales floor per Visual Merchandising standards.
• Unloads trucks as needed and assists with pricing maintenance.
• Keep work area clean, neat, and well stocked with supplies.
• Keep backstock organized and accessible for staff.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist guests.
