Job summary

Bass Pro Shops in Lacey, WA is seeking an Apparel Processing Outfitter to handle the end-to-end processing of apparel merchandise from receipt to stocking on the sales floor and backroom organization. You will support visual standards and use the inventory system to keep stock flowing smoothly.

The role emphasizes accurate merchandising, friendly customer service, teamwork, and adherence to safety and cleanliness standards in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum Degree Required: High School Diploma or Equivalent
• High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred

Responsibilities

• Process apparel merchandise at time of receipt, adhering to Visual Merchandising & MPS Standards and using the inventory management system.
• Replenish merchandise to the sales floor per Visual Merchandising Standards using the inventory management system.
• Unloads trucks as needed.
• Assists with pricing maintenance and signage of merchandise.
• Keeps work area clean, neat, organized and well stocked with supplies.
• Ensure backstock merchandise remains organized and accessible.
• Demonstrates exceptional customer service and ensures a pleasant shopping experience for all guests.
• All other duties as assigned.
