Job summary

Bass Pro Shops is seeking an Apparel Processing Outfitter in Michigan to manage the entire processing of apparel shipments, from receipt to stocking on the sales floor. The role includes replenishing stock, ensuring signage, and adhering to Visual Merchandising standards while using the inventory system.

Applicant should possess a high school diploma or equivalent and be ready to unload trucks, maintain organized backstock, and deliver friendly customer service during shifts.

Responsibilities

• Process apparel merchandise at time of receipt following standards.
• Replenish merchandise to the sales floor as required.
• Stay knowledgeable of advertised sales; assist with backroom organization.
• Unload trucks as needed and support pricing maintenance.
• Maintain clean, stocked work area and accessible backstock.
• Provide exceptional customer service and pleasant shopping experience.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
