Job summary

Goodwill Industries of Northeast Texas is seeking an Apparel Pricer Floater to price donations and maintain pricing displays, ensuring quality standards and a welcoming shopping experience for customers.

You will work with store teams, follow a baseline price guide, and participate in ongoing training to stay updated on merchandise knowledge and pricing.

Qualifications

• Basic math skills are essential.
• Basic computer skills are required.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Valid photo ID is required.
• Reliable transportation is required.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude are expected.
• Knowledge of donation pricing and merchandise value is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service to ensure donor and customer satisfaction.
• Price merchandise following a baseline price guide, with special pricing for items of unique or exceptional value.
• Maintain a clean and organized pricing area and transport merchandise to various facility locations (sales floor, stockroom, etc.).
• Stock, display, and rotate merchandise on shelves and perform markdowns according to agency policies.
• Follow all Goodwill policies and procedures, including safety and security guidelines.
• Achieve production goals consistently to support timely inventory processing.
• Attend training sessions and stay up-to-date on merchandise knowledge, industry trends, and pricing standards.
