Job summary

ThirdChannel seeks experienced apparel merchandisers to represent Free Fly, a family-owned outdoor brand. You will create compelling displays, elevate in-store presence, and merchandise by category while engaging store teams and customers to raise brand awareness.

The role is a 1099 contractor with flexible monthly store visits, competitive pay starting at $22/hour, and travel incentives. You will schedule visits in your market and report findings via the ThirdChannel app.

Qualifications

• Authentic passion for Free Fly brand and products.
• Previous apparel merchandising experience.
• Experience in a retail setting.
• Friendly personality and ability to build relationships with store teams.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to solve problems and manage time autonomously.
• Comfortable with technology to install and navigate the ThirdChannel app.
• Smart device with internet access (iOS 15+/Android 10+).

Responsibilities

• Create stunning apparel displays aligned with Free Fly style.
• Elevate Free Fly's in-store presence.
• Merchandise apparel by product category and meet brand guidelines.
• Engage with associates and customers to boost brand awareness.
• Check inventory in stock room to ensure styles are on floor.
• Schedule store visits in assigned market and manage outlook.
• Complete store visit reports using ThirdChannel app with intel, photos, and summaries.
